4 Comfort Foods Reimagined by Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza

Nothing feels better than the overall sensation and joy that comfort food brings to our lives. Comfort food is warm, heartening, and consoling. Whether that is learning how to grill hamburgers with your grandfather or smelling apple pie cool on the windowsill, it creates a memory that reminds us of home. Here at Sammy’s Pizza, we try to recreate some of these comfort food menu items.

Another menu item that we love recreating is the Kobe Beef Chili. One bite of this chili will remind you of your hometown’s chili cook-offs. It is made with traditional chili ingredients and topped off with mozzarella and scallions. Try it with a dollop of sour cream, or spice it up with a little hot sauce!
The Brown Rice Penne or Spaghetti Bolognese is an Italian staple. Bolognese recipes are treasured by family members and passed down from generation to generation. We have taken this traditional sauce and paired it with a choice of hearty spaghetti or healthy brown rice penne. Our brown rice penne is gluten-free and gives you that same comforting sensation!
